RESOLUTION NO. 19615 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP <br /> OF PARCEL MAP 28722 AND THE EASEMENT <br /> DEDICATIONS SHOWN THEREON <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that this map, consisting of two sheets, be and the sa~ne is <br />hereby accepted as the Final Map of <br /> <br /> PARCEL MAP 28722 <br /> <br /> In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, <br /> Being a Division of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 18579 As Shown <br /> by Map on File in Book 149 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 85 & 86 <br /> Thereof and a Portion of the West Half of the West Half of Lot 4 <br /> of Horton's Subdivision, As Shown by Map on File in Book 3 of <br /> Maps, at Page 20 Thereof, Both Records of Riverside County, <br /> California, Lying in Section 14, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, <br /> San Bernardino Meridian. <br /> <br />the following portion of Bradley Street is hereby abandoned in conformance with Section <br />64499.20-1/4 of the Subdivision Map Act: the northerly 11 feet of the southerly 24 feet of <br />the easterly 296.08 feet of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the City of Riverside by <br />deeds recorded May 14, 1971 as Instrument Numbers 51305 and 51306, Official Records of <br />Riverside County, California; the waived vehicular access rights per Parcel Map 18579, <br />P.M.B. 149/85 and 86 are hereby released and relinquished; the waived vehicular access <br />rights per Parcel Map 28722 are hereby accepted; the easement designated as 5' tree planting <br />easement is hereby accepted for the installation and maintenance of palm trees; and the City <br /> <br />Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City <br />Clerk of the City of Riverside, California, and to affix the official seal of said City thereto. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any variances as to lot area, building area or <br />yard requirements approved by the Planning Commission are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
