RESOLUTION NO. 19615 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP 28722 AND THE EASEMENT DEDICATIONS SHOWN THEREON BE IT RESOLVED that this map, consisting of two sheets, be and the sa~ne is hereby accepted as the Final Map of PARCEL MAP 28722 In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, Being a Division of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 18579 As Shown by Map on File in Book 149 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 85 & 86 Thereof and a Portion of the West Half of the West Half of Lot 4 of Horton's Subdivision, As Shown by Map on File in Book 3 of Maps, at Page 20 Thereof, Both Records of Riverside County, California, Lying in Section 14, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Meridian. the following portion of Bradley Street is hereby abandoned in conformance with Section 64499.20-1/4 of the Subdivision Map Act: the northerly 11 feet of the southerly 24 feet of the easterly 296.08 feet of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the City of Riverside by deeds recorded May 14, 1971 as Instrument Numbers 51305 and 51306, Official Records of Riverside County, California; the waived vehicular access rights per Parcel Map 18579, P.M.B. 149/85 and 86 are hereby released and relinquished; the waived vehicular access rights per Parcel Map 28722 are hereby accepted; the easement designated as 5' tree planting easement is hereby accepted for the installation and maintenance of palm trees; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, California, and to affix the official seal of said City thereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any variances as to lot area, building area or yard requirements approved by the Planning Commission are hereby approved.
