CONSENT CALENDAR Motion X The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions Second X appropriate to each item. All Ayes MINUTES The Minutes of the City Council Meeting of September 4, 2012, were approved as presented. JOINT ITEM WITH HOUSING AUTHORITY - HOUSING AUTHORITY UPDATE - FUNDS TRANSFER The Housing Authority (1) received and ordered filed the Housing Authority update; (2) approved the drawdown of Urban Development Action Grant (UDAG) program income and authorized the transfer of funds to fund the Housing Authority's Fiscal Year 2012-13 operating budget; and (3) authorized preparation and execution by the Executive Director, or his designee, of a Loan Agreement with the City for the repayment of UDAG funds. ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMMITTEE MEETING The Transportation Committee will meet at 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2012, in the Seventh Floor Conference Room. CASE P12-0066 - SUMMARY VACATION - 4900 GOLDEN - RESOLUTION The City Council (1) approved Case P12-0066 to summarily vacate approximately 11 -foot -wide by 822 -foot -long segment of excess public right- of-way on the westerly side of Golden Avenue and approximately 12 -foot - wide by 766 -foot -long excess right-of-way on the northerly side of Pierce Street contiguous to the La Sierra Academy, located at 4900 Golden Avenue; (2) adopted a summary vacation resolution; and (3) authorized the City Manager, or his designee, to execute quitclaim deeds as necessary; whereupon, the title having been read and further reading waived, Resolution No. 22454 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, Providing for 98-61
