PLEASE NOTE--Individual audience participation is generally limited to 5 minutes. 8 A.M.--REGULAR MEETING MAYOR CALLS MEETING TO ORDER MINUTES 1. The Minutes of the Meeting of December 2, 1997, to be presented for approval. CONSENT CALENDAR--All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the Agency and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the Redevelopment Agency votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Redevelopment Agency, staff or the public request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. Removed consent items will be discussed immediately after adoption of the balance of the Consent Calendar portion of the Agenda. 2. Development Committee recommends one-year extension of Downtown Parking Committee, appointment of Craig Johnston to fill vacancy and offer remaining vacant position to Parking, Traffic and Streets Commission 3. Development Committee recommends third amendment to Riverside/State Building Lease and Leaseback Agreement - California Tower 4. Economic Development Finance Professional Certification from National Development Council DISCUSSION CALENDAR--This portion of the Redevelopment Agency's Agenda is for all matters where Staff and public participation is anticipated and for any items removed from the Consent Calendar requested by the Redevelopment Agency and the public at the beginning of the Redevelopment Agency meeting. Audience participation is encouraged.
