These applicants are as follows: <br /> <br />12 028 Isabella Johnson 3927 Ottawa Avenue (07) CW S/G $5,000.00 <br />Funds will be used to install new garage door, screens, bring hot water heater up to code, up-grade electrical <br />service and install smoke detectors. Owner has lived at property for 24 years and has received no prior assistance. <br />Yard is landscaped and very well maintained. <br /> <br />12 022 Stephen Heard <br /> <br />4920Granada Avenue (04) <br /> <br />CW HA/G $1,315.00 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to install wood handrails at front porch, grab bars in both restrooms, and one handicapped <br />toilet. Resident has lived there 6 years (home is owned by his sisters). Owner has lived at property for 20 years and has received no prior assistance. Yard is landscaped and <br />maintained. <br /> <br />12 021 Diana Morales 5464 Agnes Place (04) MC D/L $35,000.00 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to install new roof, adjust pitch and line, new windows, entry doors, kitchen cabinets, bring <br />hot water heater up to code, new heating and air unit, bring electrical and plumbing up to code, new flooring and <br />rehab of both bathrooms. <br /> <br />12 013 Brian Conrad 3195 Lime Street (01) DT HOPP $10,000.00 <br /> <br />The funds will be used to install a new roof and make chimney repairs. Home is located in Mission Village area. <br />Owner has lived at residence for 13 years and has received no prior assistance.
