Minutes of March 7, 2000 <br /> <br />2. Community Development Block Grants and/or loans for housing rehabilitation - Citywide, Eastside, Downtown, <br />and Magnolia Center Areas <br /> <br />3. Continue accounting for Downtown/Airport Merged Project Area as one entity, with semi-annual informal reports <br />to Agency Member Defenbaugh <br /> <br />4. Development Committee and staff recommend Grant Agreement with Orange Blossom Festival Association, Inc., to <br />sponsor Year 2000 Riverside Wednesday Night <br /> <br />5. Finance Committee and staff recommend approval of first amendment to Memorandum of Understanding and <br />Limited Right to Negotiate Agreement with Global Medical Malls, LLC, for development of 200,000 square feet of <br />office buildings with parking, amenities, and related services on approximately 7.5 acres to extend agreements <br />through June 30, 2000, for creation of Disposition and Development Agreement - 60 Freeway/FairmontlMarket <br /> <br />6. Finance Committee and staff recommend sponsorship of Year 2000 Riverside Airshow to assist with operating <br />costs and liability insurance premium <br /> <br />7. Finance Committee and staff recommend revision of Downtown Parking Rate and Hour Schedule for specified <br />downtown parking facilities owned by City of Riverside and Parking Authority - Resolution <br />
