These applicants are as follows: <br /> <br />11 059 Patricia Lawler <br /> <br />3635 Watkins Dr. (07) <br /> <br />CW S/G $5,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to repair termite deficiencies, replace three windows & paint the exterior of the house. OwT~er <br />has lived at her property for 33 years. Yard is landscaped and well maintained. No previous loan or grant history. <br /> <br />12-015 Ara M. Lisby 4123 Dwight Ave. (07) ES G $5,000 <br /> ES D/L $22,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to repair termite deficiencies, replace front and back entry doors, replace all windows, paint <br />the exterior and interior of the house, repair squeaking sub-floor, install central heating and air, stain kitchen <br />cabinets, replace floor covering, install smoke detectors, install GFI receptacle outlets, replace kitchen sink, rehab <br />both bathrooms and bring water heater up to code.
