Two people spoke regarding the matter. <br />Two letters were presented and considered. The public hearing was officially <br />closed. Following discussion, the City Council (1) determined the proposed <br />project will not have a significant effect on the environment based upon the <br />findings and mitigation measures set forth in the case record and adopted a <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration; (2) adopted a Mitigation Monitoring or <br />Reporting Program (MMRP) pursuant to Section 21081.6 of California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); (3) approved Cases P12-0021, P12- <br />0022, P12-0072, P12-0073, and P12-0074 based on and subject to the <br />Planning Commission findings and recommended conditions as outlined in <br />the written staff report; (4) introduced the appropriate rezoning ordinance; <br />and (5) adopted a resolution to amend the General Plan; whereupon, an <br />ordinance entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, <br />Amending the Zoning Map of the City of Riverside Pursuant to Chapter <br />19.090 of the Riverside Municipal Code by Rezoning Land From Zones <br />CR -SP and O -S -R -SP to Zone R -3 -3000 -SP", was presented and introduced; <br />97-298 <br />
