Karen Wright spoke <br />regarding a candidate forum and City facilities. <br />CLOSED SESSIONS <br />The Successor Agency to Redevelopment Agency recessed to the City <br />Council Board Room for closed sessions pursuant to Government Code <br />(1) §54956.8 to instruct Agency's Negotiator, Scott C. Barber, regarding price <br />and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of <br />3740 Mission Inn Avenue, APN: 213-262-006, by Suthida Patanasak, <br />Negotiator; and (2) §54956.8 to instruct Agency's Negotiator, Scott C. Barber, <br />regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange or <br />lease of 3737 Main Street, APN: 213-262-006, by Antonious Pizza; <br />Wadie and Theresa Andrawis, Negotiators. <br />The City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for closed <br />sessions pursuant to Government Code (1) §54956.9(c) to confer with and/or <br />receive advice from legal counsel concerning one case of anticipated <br />litigation; and (2) §54957.6 to review the City Council's position and instruct <br />designated representatives regarding salaries, salary schedules, or <br />compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits of all Executive Management <br />employees, all Management and Confidential employees as defined by <br />PERS, Fire Management Unit, Riverside City Firefighters Association, <br />Riverside Police Officers Association (Police and Police Supervisory Units), <br />Service Employees International Union #721, International Brotherhood of <br />Electrical Workers #47, and Riverside Police Administrators Association. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />JOINT ITEM WITH HOUSING AUTHORITY - SEIZING OUR DESTINY - <br />2010-11 HUD ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AMENDMENT - AFFORDABLE <br />SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSING - 2325 ELEVENTH AND 3349 ARAPAHOE - <br />FUNDS TRANSFERS <br />Hearing was called to consider a substantial amendment to the 2010-11 <br />Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Annual Action Plan to allocate <br />$258,000 of HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds and <br />Disposition and Development Agreements (DDA) for the development of <br />affordable single-family houses at 2325 Eleventh and 3349 Arapahoe Streets. <br />97-277 <br />
