These applicants ax~ ~ follows: <br /> <br />11 100 Elizabeth Hollis 7415 Santa Rosa Way (04) CB S/G $5,000 <br /> <br /> CB D/L $30,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to install a new driveway, repair existing garage, install a new roof, exterior and interior <br />painting install new porch, light fixtures, entry doors, interior doors, windows, smoke detectors, GFCI receptacle <br />outlets, repair shut off valve, repair outlets, bring hot water heater up to code and new kitchen and bathrooms <br />including flooring plumbing and fixtures. Owner has lived at property for 44 years and has received no prior <br />assistance from this program. Yard is landscaped and well maintained. <br /> <br />12 001 Alberta King 2860 Washington (04) CW S/G $2,900 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to trim txees, install two gates with locking devices, spark atrcstor, make repair to glass slider, <br />install new weather-stripping, GFCI receptacle outlets, range hood and to bring existing hot water heater up to <br />code. Owner has lived at property for 20 years. She received assistance in 1992 and 1997, but has received less <br />than $5,000.00 in grants overthe past five years. Yard is landscaped and well maintained. <br /> <br />11 075 Anthony and Adclina Smentek 3559 McKinley Street (06) CW S/G $5,000 <br />Funds will be used to install a new roof, doors, spark arrestor, repair broken glass, install GFCI receptacle outlets, <br />rangc hood, and bring existing hot water heater up to code. Smoke detectors and chimney repairs to be done by <br />owner prior to work starting. Owner has lived at property for 40 years and has received no prior assistance from <br />this program. Yard is landscaped and well maintained. <br /> <br />12 012 Arthur and Avis Bamaby 3559 Harrison Street (03) CW S/G $5,000 <br /> ARL R/L $30,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to complete owner's addition already in progress, install a new roof, replace windows, <br />complete underground utilities, bring all electrical up to code, bring hot water heater up to code and snake out all <br />plumbing lines.
