The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter, the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control. 14. No outdoor pay phones shall be permitted on the premises. 15. Building and window signage shall comply with Chapter 19.620 of the Zoning Code. 16. A total of 22 parking spaces shall be provided on the project site. 17. A copy of the Conditional Use Permit and the final Conditions of Approval shall be available at the site and presented to City staff, including the Police Department and Code Enforcement, upon request.
