It is in the public interest to amend the Hawarden <br />Hills Specific Plan and the Land Use and Open Space Elements of <br />the Riverside General Plan as more particularly described below. <br /> <br /> 2. The amendments will not have a significant effect <br /> <br />on the environment. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hawarden Hills Specific <br />Plan and the Land Use and Open Space Elements of the Riverside <br />General Plan are hereby amended by deleting the Low Density <br />Residential land use designation from approximately ten acres <br />situated approximately 1,500 feet westerly of Via Vista Drive <br /> <br /> <br />
