Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts <br />and conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing <br />and by the investigation of the City Council that the public <br />necessity, convenience, welfare and good zoning practices <br />justify the granting of said permit upon the terms and conditions <br />therein contained. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED further that said Conditional Use Permit be <br /> <br />and is hereby granted and that the Mayor and City Clerk of the <br />City of Riverside be instructed to sign said permit. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br />attested by the City Clerk this 3rd day of January, 1984. <br /> <br />Attest: Mar~O0~~fR~~iverside <br />Ci Riverside <br /> <br /> <br />
