The purpose of this conveyance is to facilitate Grantee's creation Of the "UCRIBarbara & Art Culver Venter for the Arts" ("Culver Center"), which is envisioned to be an interactive arts facility in accordance with a donative intent of the Leadership and Challenge Gift received by Grantee for the Culver Center. B. This conveyance is in accordance with the Amended and Restated Redevelopment Plan for the Merged Downtown/Airport Industrial Development Projects (the "Redevelopment Plan").
