The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />herein called the City Council, has by its Resolution Ordering <br />Work adopted on January 24, 1984, ordered the doing of work <br />described in its Resolution of Intention No. 15198 adopted <br />December 6, 1983, in the Locust Street Assessment District pro- <br />ceeding, pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911; which resolu- <br />tions are on file and open to inspection in the office of the <br />City Clerk of the City of Riverside, and are referred to for <br />particulars. <br /> <br /> 2. In compliance with the provisions of the Labor Code <br />of the State of California relating to wages, Sections 1700 <br />et seq., it is hereby ascertained and determined by the City. <br />Council that the general prevailing rates of per diem wages, and <br />wages for overtime and holiday work, including employer payments <br />for health and welfare, pensions, vacations and similar purposes, <br />in the locality in which said ordered work is to be performed, <br />for each craft, classification and type of worker required to <br />execute the contract for such work, are the rates which are <br />ascertained and determined in Resolution No. 13346 which was <br />adopted by the City Council on December 13, 1977, and is on file <br />and open to inspection in the office of the City Clerk, and is <br />hereby referred to for particulars; and the provisions thereof <br /> <br /> <br />
