6 <br /> 7 <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br /> 10 <br /> ' 11 <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 28 <br /> 30 <br /> <br /> 31 <br />1/"/84 <br /> 32 <br />BP/3m <br /> <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> RIVERSIDE <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15252 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE WORK DESCRIBED <br /> IN RESOLUTION OFINTENTION NO. 15198, ADOPTED IN <br /> THE LOCUST STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PROCEEDING <br /> PURSUANT TO THE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911; AND <br /> DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SUPERVISE THE WORK <br /> AND MAKE AND SIGN THE ~SSESSMENT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside, <br />California,' adopted on December 6, 1983 pursuant to the Improve- <br />ment Act of 1911 its Resolution of Intention No. 15198 in the <br />matter of the Locust Street Assessment District wherein said <br />City Council declared its intention to order the installation <br />of sanitary sewer mains and house connections and manholes, <br />laterals and appurtenant work in a portion of Locust Street <br />northerly of Houghton'Avenue, including the repairing of the <br />street and replacement of sidewalks, driveways, approaches and <br />curbs as necessary, and other ancillary work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS said Resolution of Intention No. 15198 is on <br />file and open'to inspection in the.office of the City Clerk of <br />the City of Riverside and is hereby referred to for particulars; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the public hearing on said Resolution of <br />Intention was held and conducted by and before the City Council <br />on January 24, 1984 at thehour of 3:00 p.m. as required by said <br />resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS said City Council having duly received and con- <br />sidered the evidence, both oral and documentary, concerning the <br />jurisdictional facts pertaining to this proceeding and concern- <br />ing the necessity for the proposed work and improvement and the <br />benefits derived therefrom, and said City Council having now <br />acquired jurisdiction to order the proposed work and improvement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, found, determined <br />and ordered by the City Council of the City of Riverside, <br />California, pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911, being <br /> <br /> <br />
