"Tenant- to -be" means a person who is not currently a tenant in a mobile home park <br />but is a prospective mobile home owner, resident or tenant as defined in this chapter and <br />has presented himself /herself to the mobile home park owner, as well as a current tenant <br />under a rental agreement of twelve (12) months or less, who is being offered a rental <br />agreement in excess of twelve (12) months by the mobile home park owner." <br />I <br />27 -1 <br />
