<br />
<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA,
<br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL
<br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-3 TO ZONE R-1-65.
<br />
<br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain
<br />
<br />as follows:
<br />
<br />Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal
<br />
<br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are
<br />
<br />amended by removing from the Multiple-Family Residential
<br />
<br />("R-3") Zone and placing in the Single-Family Residential
<br />
<br />("R-1-65") Zone the land described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Lots 8 thru 21 inclusive, in Block 4, Lots 1
<br />thru 9, inclusive, in Block 5, Lots 8 thru 21,
<br />inclusive, in Block 6, Lots 8 thru 14, inclusive,
<br />in Block 8, Lots 1 thru 11, inclusive in Block 9,
<br />and all of Block 7, as shown by map of White's
<br />Addition, on file in Book 6 of Maps at Page 48
<br />thereof, Records of San Bernardino County,
<br />California;
<br /> Together with Lots 1 thru 13, inclusive, and
<br />Lots 22 thru 34, inclusive, in Block 1 of Haggins
<br />Block, as shown by map on file in Book 5 of Maps,
<br />at page 141 thereof, Records of Riverside County,
<br />California.
<br /> Together with all of Blocks 12, 13, 9 and 2,
<br />inclusive, Lots 4 thru 28, inclusive in Block 14,
<br />Lots 7 thru 34, inclusive, in Block 8, Lots 13 thru
<br /> 28, inclusive in Block 5, and Lots 1 thru 6, inclusive,
<br /> in Block 1, as shown by map of H.P. Kyes Tract, on
<br /> file in Book 7 of Maps at page 27 thereof, Records of
<br /> said San Bernardino County.
<br /> Together with those portions of Blocks 10, 4 and
<br />-3 of said H.P. Kyes Tract, lying southerly of the
<br />following described line:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the westerly line of
<br />said Block 10, lying distant thereon, 109.86 feet
<br />southerly from the northwesterly corner of said
<br />Block 10;
<br /> Thence easterly along a line parallel to the
<br />northerly line of said Block 10 to its intersection
<br />with the westerly line of said Block 4;
<br /> Thence northerly along last said westerly line
<br /> to a point 100 feet southerly of the northwest
<br />corner of said Block 4~
<br /> Thence easterly along a line parallel with and
<br />distant 100 feet from the northerly line of said
<br />Block 4 and the easterly prolongation thereof to the
<br />westerly line of said Block 3;
<br /> Thence northerly along last said westerly line
<br />to a point therein lying distant 110 feet northerly
<br />from the northwesterly corner of Lot 8 in said
<br />Block 3;
<br /> Thence easterly parallel with the northerly
<br />line of said Block 3 to the westerly line of
<br />Parcel 2 of'Record of Survey on file in Book 48
<br />of Record of Surveys, at page 79 thereof, Records
<br />of said Riverside County;
