] <br /> <br />Zoning <br />Case <br />R-24-845 <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> 7 <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br /> 10 <br /> 11 <br /> 12 <br /> ]3 <br /> <br /> ]5 <br /> <br /> ]7 <br /> ]8 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> <br />3/11/85 <br />JW/lm <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> RIVERSIDE <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5268 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE R-3. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") <br />Zone and placing in the Multiple-Family Residential ("R-3") Zone <br />the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> Parcel 1: <br /> <br /> Lots 144, 145, 156, 157, 168 and 169, together <br /> with that portion of Lot 134 lying northeasterly of <br /> the southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly <br /> line of said Lot 144, all in Block T, as shown by <br /> map on file in Book 19, Page 80 of Maps, records of <br /> Riverside County, California. <br /> <br /> Parcel 2: <br /> <br /> Lots 1 thru 4, inclusive, Lots 14 thru 23, <br /> inclusive, Lots 34 thru 43, inclusive, Lots 54 <br /> thru 63, inclusive, Lots 74 thru 82, inclusive, <br /> Lot 93 together with that portion of Lot 94 lying <br /> northeasterly of the northwesterly prolongation <br /> of the southwesterly line of said Lot 93, all in <br /> Block T, as shown by map on file in Book 19, Page 80 <br /> of Maps, records of Riverside County, California. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper <br />of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br />Charter of the City of Riverside. This ordinance shall become <br />effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br />attested by the City Clerk this 12th day of March, 1985. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />
