ORDINANCE N0.5267 <br /> <br />Zoning <br />Case <br />R-31-834 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE R-3. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") <br />Zone and placing in the Multiple-Family Residential ("R-3") Zone <br />the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> <br />3/7/85 32 <br />Jw/lm <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> RIVERSIDE <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />Parcel 1: <br /> <br /> That portion of the Northeasterly rectangular <br />one-half of Lot 158 of LANDS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA <br />COLONY ASSOCIATION as per map recorded in Book 7, <br />page 3 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder <br />of San Bernardino County, California, lying Southeasterly <br />of the Southeasterly line of Palm Avenue. <br /> EXCEPTING therefrom that portion included in Pine <br />Street and Tequesquite Avenue. <br /> <br />Parcel 2: <br /> <br /> The Southwesterly 79 feet of Lots 1 through 9 <br />in Block 1 of Rubidoux Heights, as shown my Map on <br />file in Book 7, page 30 of Maps, Records of San <br />Bernardino County, California. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br /> <br />of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of <br /> <br />general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Riverside.
