1 <br /> - 2 <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> ' 4 i <br /> h~ning <br /> Case 5 <br /> R-52-801 <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br /> 10 <br /> 11 <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 28 <br /> 30 <br /> <br /> 31 <br />2/25/85 <br />JW/jm 32 <br /> <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> RI VERSI DE <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5261 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-130 TO ZONE WC. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br /> <br />amended by removing from the Residential-1 (~"R-1-130") Zone and <br /> <br />placing in the Water Course ("WC") Zone the land described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of Lots 1 and 2 of HORTON'S <br />SUBDIVISION as shown by map on file in Book 3 of Maps, <br />at page 20 thereof, Records of Riverside County, <br />California, lying within a strip of land 20.00 feet <br />wide, the centerline being described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; <br />Thence South 00° 04' 50" West, along the Easterly <br />line.of said Lot 1, a distance of 374.69 feet to the <br />point of beginning of said centerline description; <br /> Thence South 32° 35' 00" West, a distanceof <br />130.00 feet; <br /> Thence South 45° 00' 00" West, a distance of <br />255.00 feet; <br /> Thence North 85° 00' 00" West, a distance of <br />34.62 feet; <br /> Thence South 69° 00' 00" West, a distance of <br />56.78 feet; <br /> Thence Westerly along a curve concave Northerly <br />having a radius of 200.00 feet, through an angle of <br />45° 00' 00", an arc length of 157.00 feet; <br /> Thence North 66° 00' 00" West, a distance of <br />6.80 feet to the termination of said centerline <br />description. <br /> The sidelines of said 20.00 foot strip of land <br />shall be prolonged or shortened as to terminate in the <br />Easterly line of said Lot 1, and the sidelines of said <br />20.00 foot strip of land shall be prolonged or shortened <br />tO terminate in a curve having a radius of 283.00 feet <br />~the initial radial line passing through the point of <br />termination of said centerline description bears <br />North 58° 34' 49" East). <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br /> <br />of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of <br /> <br />general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Riverside. This ordinance shall become <br /> <br />effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
