AND 6:00 P.M.; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 10.76,175 TO ESTABLISH A PREFERENTIAL PARKING PERMIT ZONE ON SAID PORTION OF LAURA LANE. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Section 10.76,150 of the Riverside Municipal Code is amended to limit parking to one hour between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m., except Sundays and holidays, on a portion of Laura Lane; said section is hereby amended by adding thereto Laura Lane to read as follows: Name of Street Limits Where Parking Limited to One Hour Laura Lane, Riverside Avenue and Neva Place south side Section 2: Section 10.76.175 of the Riverside Municipal Code is amended to establish a preferential parking permit zone on a portion of Laura Lane; said section is hereby amended by adding Laura Lane to read as follows: Name of Street Limits where Preferential Parking Permitted Laura Lane, Riverside Avenue to Neva Place south side Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption.
