1 ORDINANCE NO. 5254 2 3 4 Zoning Case 5 R-61-767 6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE RA TO ZONE R-1-65. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are 9 amended by removing from the Residential Agricultural ("RA) Zone 10 and placing in the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") Zone 11 the land described as follows: 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 28 30 31 2/11/85 BP/jm 32 CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALl FORNIA Lot 1 and those portions of Lot 6 and Lot "C", (Grindlay Avenue) in Block 2 of La Sierra Gardens, as shownby map on file in Book 11 of Maps, at pages 42 through 50, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, and portions of Sections 15 and 22, Township 3 South, Range 6 West, of Rancho E1 Sobrante de San Jacinto, as shown by map on file in Book 1 of Maps, at page 8 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 1 in Block 4 of said La Sierra Gardens; Thence South 55° 40' 30" West along the southeast- erly line of said Lot 1 in Block 4, and along the southwesterly prolongation thereof, and along the southeasterly line of said Lot 6 in Block 2, a distance of 542.00 feet to a point in the southeasterly line of said Lot 6 in Block 2 for the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing South 55° 40' 30" East along said southeasterly line of Lot 6 and along the south- easterly line of said Lot 1 in Block 2, and along the southwesterly prolongation of the southeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 509.03 feet to the most westerly corner of Parcel l, as shown by map on file in Book 3 of Parcel Maps, at page 84 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California; Thence South 34° 22' 45" East along the south- westerly line of said Parcel 1, a distance of 364.54 feet to a point therein, said point being the most northerly corner of Parcel Map No. 14678, as shown by map on file in Book 83 of Parcel Maps, at pages 10 through 12 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California; Thence South 55° 39' 40" West along the northwesterly line of said last mentioned Parcel Map, a distance of 525.48 feet to an angle point therein; Thence North 33° 25' 10" West, a distance of 339.93 feet; feet; feet; Thence South 61o 42' 20" West, a distance of 23.14 Thence North 660 33' 40" West, a distance of 70.92
