The City Attorney also reported that the <br />property owner Mr. Sadeghian has not complied with the cease and desist <br />letters issued by the City and is continuing to permit the illegal use. The City <br />will therefore be filing a lawsuit against him shortly to seek to enjoin the <br />violations. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />Karen Wright spoke regarding a school board candidate forum, the Friday <br />Morning Club, and the City of Austin Best Practices. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />The Mayor and City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for a <br />closed session pursuant to Government Code §54957.6 to review the City <br />97-77 <br />
