FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> FOR PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> <br />(Parking Management Services for the Redevelopment Agency <br /> of the City of Riverside) <br /> <br /> THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PARKING MANAGEMENT <br />6 SERVICES is made and entered into this 15th day of November , 1999, by and between the <br />7 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a public entity, hereinafter <br />8 referred to as "Agency," and AMPCO SYSTEM PARKING, a California corporation, hereinafter <br />9 referred to as "Parking Manager," who mutually agree as follows: <br />10 A. Agency and Parking Manager entered into that certain Agreement for Parking <br />11 Management Services dated June 4, 1996, hereinafter referred to as "Agreement," wherein Agency <br />12 retained Parking Manager to provide facilities management services for the City parking facilities <br />13 for a three-year term commencing July 1, 1996 and expiring on June 30, 1999, with an ability to <br />14 extend the term for two additional one year periods, for a total of five years. <br />15 B. On August 12, 1997, Agency and Parking Manager executed the First Amendment to <br />16 Agreement establishing a three-month pilot program involving the installation, maintenance and <br />17 revenue collection of three pay-by-space machines within the Riverside Justice Center area. <br />18 C. On April 21, 1998, Agency and Parking Manager executed the Second Amendment to the <br />19 Agreement establishing the installation of approximately 32 pay-by-space machines and 80 single- <br />20 faced electronic meters to be installed throughout the Justice Center area by the end of June 1998 as <br />21 set forth in Exhibit "A" to the Second Amendment. <br />22 D. On August 11, 1998, Agency and Parking Manager executed the Third Amendment to the <br />23 Agreement pertaining to key personnel and pay range found in Exhibit "B" to the Agreement, and <br />24 management fees found in Exhibit "C" to the Agreement. <br />25 E.
