Four persons spoke on the matter. The public hearing was <br />Second <br />X <br />officially closed. <br />All Ayes <br />Following discussion, the City Council denied the appeal and upheld the <br />Motion <br />X <br />decision of the Code of Ethics Adjudicating Body finding that John Brandriff <br />Second <br />X <br />did not violate the Code of Ethics and Conduct. <br />All Ayes <br />RECESS <br />The Mayor and City Council recessed at 3:28 p.m. and reconvened at <br />6:30 p.m. in the Art Pick Council Chamber with all Councilmember present <br />except Councilmember Adams. <br />The Invocation was given by Councilmember Mac Arthur. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. <br />Mayor Loveridge called upon Riverside Arts Council Executive Director <br />Patrick Brien who recognized Jon Brosius as Arts Honoree of the Month for <br />August. <br />Mayor Loveridge called upon Councilmember Bailey who presented a <br />Proclamation to IEBC President Gretchen Andrews and American Academy <br />of Pediatrics Chapter 2 Committee on Breastfeeding Chair Touraj Shafai to <br />97-25 <br />
