City of Riverside, et al., San <br />Bernardino Superior Court Case CIVDS 1103196; (2) §54956.9(c) to confer <br />with and /or receive advice from legal counsel concerning one case of <br />anticipated litigation; (3) 54956.9(a) to confer with and /or receive advice from <br />legal counsel concerning FDIC v. UDO Investors X, LLC, et al., <br />San Bernardino Superior Court Case No. CIVDS1008401; (4) §54956.8 to <br />instruct City's Negotiator, Bradley J.
