An Owner Occupancy Covenant has also been recorded on the <br />property. The escrow also provided for the reimbursement of some of the attorney’s fees which <br />were incurred by the City Attorney’s Office in prosecuting this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The requested action will allow the City Attorney’s Office to continue to implement the City Council’s <br />goals of improving and rehabilitating substandard housing and improving public safety and <br />neighborhood livability in the City of Riverside. <br />Prepared by: Gregory P.
