Oral communications as to Item No. 2 (Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes) 2. Code of Ethics complaint by Deborah Wong, Michael Dunn, and Mary Fiqueroa Note: The Chair will conduct the meeting as follows:  Chair asks the Complainants if they wish to add anything to the written complaint submitted to the Body (15 mins)  Chair asks the person against whom the complaint has been made if they wish to respond, make a statement, or submit any evidence  Adjudicating Body discussion, deliberation, and vote as to whether or not the evidence supports a finding of a violation of Code of Ethics  Chair adjourns the Meeting LISTENING ASSISTIVE DEVICES are available for the hearing impaired--please see City Clerk The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.
