RESOLUTION NO. 947 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF ITS SUBORDINATE TAXABLE TAX ALLOCATION BONDS FOR EACH OF THE ARLINGTON, CASA BLANCA, LA SIERRAIARLANZA, MAGNOLIA CENTER, DOWNTOWN/ AIRPORT AND HUNTER PARK/NORTHSIDE MERGED, AND UNIVERSITY CORRIDOR/SYCAMORE CANYON MERGED REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, APPROVING FISCAL AGENT AGREEMENTS AND PURCHASE CONTRACTS, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S DESIGNEE TO SET THE FINAL TERMS OF THE SALE OF THE BONDS AND APPROVING OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside (the "Agency ") is a redevelopment agency duly created, established and authorized to transact business and exercise its powers, all under and pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law (the "Law "), being Section 33000 and following of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, and the powers of the Agency include the power to issue bonds for any of its corporate purposes; and WHEREAS, redevelopment plans for redevelopment projects known as the Arlington Redevelopment Project, the Casa Blanca Redevelopment Project, the La Sierra/Arlanza Redevelopment Project, the Magnolia Center Redevelopment Project, the Downtown/Airport Redevelopment Project and the Hunter Park/Northside Merged Redevelopment Project, and the University Corridor /Sycamore Canyon Merged Redevelopment Project (together, the "Redevelopment Projects ") have been adopted and approved and all requirements of the law for, and precedent to, the adoption and approval of said plans have been duly complied with; and WHEREAS, the Agency proposes to issue up to six separate series of its Subordinate Taxable Tax Allocation Bonds, one series for each Redevelopment Project (the "2011 Arlington Bonds ", the "2011 Casa Blanca Bonds ", the "2011 La Sierra/Arlanza Bonds ", the "2011 Magnolia Center Bonds ", the "2011 Downtown/Airport Bonds and Hunter Park/Northside 26258.00005 \5861413.1
