SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR ASSIGNED PROJECT <br />C. LEE ENTERPRISES, INC., DBA TOWER REALTY <br />3484 Lila <br />The Project Narrative for Targets of Opportunity Program and /or Neighborhood <br />Stabilization Program Asset Manager Panel ( "Project "), a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, shall constitute a supplement to the <br />Professional Consultant Services Agreement for Asset Manager's Services by and between <br />Housing Authority and Consultant dated April 14, 2010 ( "Agreement "). Consultant agrees to <br />perform the services described in the Project Narrative within the time set forth in the Project <br />Narrative for a fee in an amount not to exceed One Thousand Dollars (S 1,000.00).
