SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR ASSIGNED PROJECT <br />Frazier Group Realty, Inc. <br />4175 El Dorado <br />The Project Narrative for Targets of Opportunity Program and/or Neighborhood <br />Stabilization Program Asset Manager Panel ( "Project"), a copy of which is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, shall constitute a <br />supplement to the Professional Consultant Services Agreement for Asset Manager's <br />Services by and between Housing Authority and Consultant dated April 6, 2010 <br />( "Agreement"). Consultant agrees to perform the services described in the Project <br />Narrative within the time set forth in the Project Narrative for a fee in an amount not to <br />exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
