Call to Order. <br />2. Minutes of February 10, 2010 meeting (not available). <br />3. Public Speaker: Mr. Matt Yeager, Storm Water Program Manager, San <br />Bernardino County Dept. of Public Works, will discuss S.B. County's <br />Low Impact Guidance Manual, and related Southern California collaborative programs. <br />(1/2 hour presentation; 1/2 hour Q & A). <br />4. Riverside County Supervisor Marion Ashley has requested that the <br />CCAC discuss the recreational opportunities that exist in the arroyos, and make <br />recommendations regarding them to the Board of Supervisors. <br />5. Reports and Action Items. <br />a. Report from "Brochure" Subcommittee (Diana Ruiz will update the CCAC <br />regarding her newsletter progress). <br />b. Other reports. <br />4. Chairs' items of interest. <br />a. Introduction of Kristi Lovelady, new Riverside County Staff Chairman (Jerry <br />Jolliffe retires in August 2010). <br />b. Riverside County budget update & potential implications for staffing of CCAC). <br />c. Status of Riverside County General Plan Update. <br />d. Other reports. <br />5. Continuing Business. <br />6. Roundtable discussion of members' concerns /items of interest. <br />7. Public comments: (limited to 3 minutes per person). <br />8.
