<br />10:00 o'clock A. M. This being the time set for a public hearing, before the Council,
<br />relative to the request of Sostenez Lopez, Calendar No. 4411, that City Zoning Ordinance No. 616
<br />(tier Series) be amended by placing Lot 1, and the easterly 10 feet of lot 9, and Lot 10, in Block 5,
<br />of the Santa Fe Tract, situated on the westerly side of Howard Avenue, between Eleventh Street and
<br />Twelfth Street, in Zone 11B-211, and removing the same from Zone "D-211, the said hearing was proceeded
<br />with, and no objections, either written or oral, having been made in the matter, and it being the
<br />{ recommendation of the City Planning Commission that the said request be approved, the said hearing
<br />was officially closed; whereupon, it was moved by Councilman Barger, seconded by Councilman Williams,
<br />that the said request be, end the same is hereby, approved, and the City Attorney is hereby instructed
<br />i to prepare an ordinance rezoning the said property in accordance therewith.
