<br />Councilman Wells entered at this time.
<br />A connunication from the Riverside Chamber of Corenerce, -under date of June 29; 1931, submitting
<br />a proposed ordinance creating an ennloynent commission of the City of Riverside and defir the dunce
<br />thereof, was read at this time and ordered filed. - -
