ASSIGNMENT
<br />(Recorded Easements for
<br />Electric Line Purposes)
<br />SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, a corporation, former
<br />name Southern California Edison Company Ltd., successor in interest
<br />to the California Electric Power Company and The Southern Sierras
<br />Power Company, for a valuable consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and convey to
<br />the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a municipal corporation of the State of
<br />California, all its right, title and interest in and to those cer-
<br />tain easements, hereinafter listed, and granted to said Southern
<br />California Edison Company, Southern California Edison Company Ltd.,
<br />California Electric Power Company and The Southern Sierras Power
<br />Company, for the construction, use, and maintenance of pole lines,
<br />guys, anchors, cross-arms, wires and other fixtures and appliances,
<br />all of said easements being of record in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of the County of Riverside, State of California.
<br />Said easements hereinabove referred to are listed as fol-
<br />lows:
