RZ-003-989 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6465 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND <br />FROM R-3, R0, C-l-A, AND SP COMBINING ZONES TO C-2-S-1-X-SP <br />COMBINING ZONE AND R-3-X-SP COMBINING ZONE. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: <br />6 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map <br />7 which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Multiple-Family Residential CR-3") <br />8 Zone, Restricted Office CRO") Zone, Community Shopping Center CC-1-A") Zone, and Specific <br />9 Plan CSP") Combining Zone, and placing in the General Commercial One Story Height of Building <br />10 and Building Setback (20 feet) Combining and Specific Plan Combining CC-2-S-1-X-SP") Zone, <br />11 the property described in Exhibit A, and placing in the Multiple-Family Residential Building <br />12 Setback (20 feet) Combining and Specific Plan Combining CR-3-X-SP") Zone, the property <br />13 described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and as shown on the <br />14 diagram attached hereto as Exhibit C. <br />15 Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause <br />16 publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br />17 Charter of the City of Riverside.
