Fifty-four people spoke on the matter . T he public hearing was Second X <br />officially closed. All Ayes <br /> <br />Following discussion, the City Council (1) determined that the proposed <br />project would not have a significant effect on the environment based upon the <br />findings set forth in the case records and adopted a Negative Declaration; <br />(2) approved Planning Cases P09-0205 and P09-0206 based on and subject <br />to the City Planning Commission findings and the recommended conditions <br />as out lined in the written staff report; and (3) a dopted a r esolution and <br />instructed the City Clerk that it not be recorded until all conditions have been <br />met; whereupon, the title having been read and further reading waived, <br />Resolution No. 21856 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />Making Its Findings and Determinations in the Matter of Planning <br />Case P09-0205 Modifying the Traffic Pattern and Vacating Dufferin Avenue Motion X <br />Between Stewart Street and McAllister Parkway, in the City of Riverside, Second X <br />California, was presented and adopted.
