LAKE BOULEVARD (HWY 28) <br />1234567 <br />TAHOE CITY, CA <br />WARDS <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />FISCAL YEAR 2009-10 ANNUAL BUDGET <br />Hearing was called to receive testimony from interested persons regarding MotionX <br />the proposed Fiscal Year 2009-10 Annual Budget. One person spoke on the SecondX <br />matter. Following discussion, the public hearing was officially closed. All Ayes <br />Following further discussion and without formal motion, the City Council <br />conceptually approved the Fiscal Year 2009-10 Annual Budget with final <br />adoption scheduled for later in the day. <br />RECESS A <br />The City Council recessed at 4:23 p.m. and reconvened at 6:30p.m. in the <br />Art Pick Council Chamber with Mayor Loveridge presiding and all <br />Councilmembers present except Councilmember Bailey. <br />The Invocation was given by Councilmember Hart. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. <br />City Manager Hudson introduced newly appointed Fire Chief Steve Earley. <br />Mayor Loveridge called upon Riverside Arts Council Director Patrick Brien <br />who presented the 101 Things To Do in Riverside as Arts Honoree of the <br />Month. <br />Mayor Loveridge called upon Councilmember Hart who presented a <br />Sparkplug Award to Marcelino Macias. <br />Mayor Loveridge presented a Proclamation to Donate Life representatives <br />Christy Bethel and Debbie Morgan. <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br />City Clerk Colleen J. Nicol administered the Oath of Office to newly elected <br />Councilmembers Andy Melendrez, Paul Davis, and Nancy Hart. <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />STANDING COMMITTEES AND REGIONAL ORGANIZATION <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />Following discussion, the City Council approved the recommendations of <br />Mayor Loveridge and Mayor Pro Tempore Melendrez to (1) update the <br /> 94-370 <br />
