Third_lme dment 'Page 2 <br />Coincidentally, Water Engineering staff recently began a pipe replacement project which affects the <br />Canal property at the Center. The project will require an additional 30-foot Waterline Easement <br />along Westminster's parcel to accommodate the new pipeline. Negotiations between Water <br />Engineering staff and Westminster led to a proposal wherein Westminster grants the 30-foot <br />Waterline Easement to the City in perpetuity at no cost, and the City grants the License Agreement <br />to Westminster at no cost for its initial 30-year term. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this report <br />Prepared by: David H.
