("HONIE Program"), to b used for the <br />purposes of this Agreement in accordance with the HOME Regulations; and <br />VHEREAS, the City has approved and implemented a Housing Rehabilitation Grant <br />Program ( "Grant Program" ) for the purpose of providing financial assistance to -year low and lo w <br />income families located within the City of Riverside city limits; and <br />WHEREAS, the grant Program w ill be funded with money from the City's low income <br />housing funds as described in HOME Prom, 42 U.S.C. 12701, et seq. ("Fund"); and _ <br />Vv IEREAS, the Grant Program is consistent with the City's General Plan and is consistent <br />with the intent of HOME Investment Partnerships Program Final Rule 24 CFR Part 92 as set forth <br />0 n § 92.205, et sequitur; and <br />
